REPORT ON JIMMY LARCHE’S VISIT TO THE VISUALLY IMPAIRED (BLIND) SPORTS TEAM AT KUMASI SOCIAL CLUB ON SATURDAY
23RD FEBRUARY, 2019 ,
Welcome
Coach Benjamin Annor welcomed Mr. Jimmy Larche to Ghana precisely Kumasi, he introduced Mr. Jimmy Larche to the Visually Impaired (the Blind) Team as a friend who has come from U.S.A to visit the Team and share the Love of God with them in Ghana.
Introductory
Mr. Jimmy Larche started by introducing myself and that he came from Tennessee, U.S.A. He said 32 years ago when he was young, he found himself in a juvenile facility, he didn’t have a good upbringing and he did a lot of mistakes but blamed others for his wrong doings. He said to himself maybe the world is bad so he has to live that way. But when he was in detention, a gray haired priest visited him, the priest told him that Jesus loves him regardless of all the wrong things he has done. From that day, he started believing God, give his life to Jesus Christ as his Lord and personal savoir. Since then he has never stopped believing in him and serving Jesus with all his heart.
He told the team that the pain, troubles and all the problems we go through on this earth is temporal, but when we go to Heaven, everything will be perfect and permanent. Mr. Jimmy concluded by saying that, I want to encourage you to do what you are doing now and do them better, I know for certainty that God will continue to shower his blessings on you for the good work you’re doing to advance his kingdom.
